Our Rapidaire poly discs are specially designed to cut with minimal loss to the produce you are cutting. They give you square ends for the most efficient and economical slicing possible. They are ideal for insertion into casings for sausages, various meat and other foodstuffs.

Choice of sizes are 65, 90, 110, 116, 140mm diameter. Also available in oval shapes manufactured from high grade stainless steel
All manufactured from natural colour polymers capable of withstanding cooking temperatures up to 100°c and chilling to 0°c.
