Rose Cookers can be supplied in two sizes MK V (5 Ham) and MK X (10 Ham) with options on stand or castor models.

We can supply ham boilers capable of holding up to 10 hams or other meat joints at one time. The lid insulates the top of the water cooker to stop any unwanted vapour or odour from being released.

 

We can supply rose cookers in two different sizes:

  • MK V (5 Ham)

  • MK X (10 Ham)

 

Options include:

  • A clarifying facility can be incorporated for producing dripping

  • Fitting of ring elements underneath the cooking pan or grid types immersed in water
